All members of E-Spain Search Engine Submission are required to agree to the following Terms and Conditions before signing up and by signing up means you agree to the following terms of service. We can make no guarantees to our members about ranking as that is totally up to the search engines and we have no control over where members sites would be ranked.

We monitor our members areas and if any member is caught sharing their login information the account will be canceled ( without refund ) and we will take full legal action against the guilty parties. E-Spain Search Engine Submission will not be help responsible for illegal use in any manner of our service by members and will not be held liable for any spam complaints ect. Our submission service uses new methods to make sure members are not breaking any rules but in the event we are not responsible.

All members agree to utilize the services of E-Spain Search Engine Submission at their own risk. Although we will make a more than reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, we make no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services. Refunds will not be given for server and website downtime unless the site has been down for longer than 1 month.

Anyone found in deliberate violation of these terms and conditions is subject to being banned from our service and on his/her account will be frozen. You agree to defend and hold E-Spain Search Engine Submission harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to lawyers' fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights.
